Jackie Hodges
- Her father sent her to karate when she was only eight years old. She was constantly bullied at school and lacked the confidence to stand up for herself. After taking karate classes, her father noticed a change in her attitude. The bullying stopped because she gained enough confidence to look in her bullies’ eyes, and this had been enough for them to back off. Her father states that she does not brag, but her confidence just manages to radiate right through her.
